 Lefkada’ s Town centre is a stunning area that is waiting for you to discover its beauty. Preveza Airport is only about 20 minutes away, and Athens is almost 5 hours by car .Bear in mind that the island’s town centre is the centre of the public bus network, which will tale you any part of the island you wish.

By Car:
Lefkada's most important characteristic is that it can be reached without boarding in ferry boat, due to the floating bridge which connect the island with the mainland.Lefkada is easy accesible from everywhere. Visitors from west (Athens) can arrive here by the (Ktel bus) or using their own car in almost 5 hours.
Flights:
The nearest International airport to Lefkada is in Aktion. Airport code(PVK). Aktion airport is 18 Km far away from the Capital of Lefkada.There are daily flights from Athens to Lefkada, direct flights from Crete(Sitia airport code: JSH) as far as from North Greece (Thesaloniki airport code:SKG). If you want to come here from a foreign country ,there are several direct flights to the International airport of Aktion. In case you can't find a direct flight then visitors have to arrive here through other greek airports.
By Sea:
Daily, visitors can reach nearby islands. You can find daily boat services to Meganissi, Kefalonia , Ithaki from Nydri or Vassiliki. Also there are daily tours and excursions with tourist boats for all the surrounding islands and beaches, such as Porto katsiki , Kalamos Meganisi or Kastos.
